Incubus is going to explain what a song of theirs is about that I've always wondered about. Mike Shinoda does the same with a Linkin Park song. Papa Roach talks about a song that they consider to be their best song, and it ain't what you think it would be. • TALK - That was a band out of Detroit called Eva Under Fire. That song was almost in the top 10 on the rock charts. My man Ned at our affiliate in Cedar Rapids at Rock 108 had them on his show this week doing that song. They are Spotify's rock band to watch in 2023. Up to the band Messer. Full disclosure, I'm friends with them, and I love them for a million reasons. They're a bunch of very positive guys, and if there's ever been a band that deserves to make it big time, it's them. I've never seen a band work as hard as they do. This week to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Cuts Like A Knife by Bryan Adams, the released a cover of Cuts Like A Knife. • TALK - UP to a song that I can't believe I'm going to play. I was looking at rock charts this past week and I saw a band I've never heard of called PORTUGAL. THE MAN. In 2017, this song I'm about to play was in the top five on the pop charts, the adult contemporary charts,  the UK charts, the alternative charts, and was #2 ON . . . the rock charts. You will know the song, but you will not believe it was a ROCK song.
